our story

Founded in 2015 by Michael Beeken and Chris Reeves, Beeken Reeves began life as a start-up headhunting firm in London, servicing the city's architecture market. Michael and Chris brought with them years of experience, working together in a number of different sectors, and joined the Recruitment Entrepreneur portfolio to develop the highest level of client & candidate service.

Over the past 6 years, we have worked closely with some of the largest architecture, design, furniture and built environment firms in the world, as well as like-minded, entrepreneurial practices looking to grow.

2017 saw the growth of the Interior & Furniture offering; an ever challenging and expanding market where headhunting is key. With the support of Recruitment Entrepreneur, we also developed an international offering and opened our first international office in Sydney. 

In the past few years we have expanded our operation to mainland Europe, Asia & North America, working with a range of global flagship clients. We are now proud to partner with some of the most well known employers in the design world and have successfully created an enviable reputation of bespoke, international headhunting.
